Return & Refund Policy

1. Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we offer a full refund. Valid proof of the damage must be provided within 3 days of delivery to qualify for the refund.Non-damaged Returns (USA): For items that are not damaged but you wish to return:

Option A: Use the return label provided by us for a full refund, minus the shipping charges.

Option B: Return the item at your own expense for a refund, from which the shipping fee you paid will be deducted. Returns must be shipped back to our USA office within 15 days of delivery.

2. Food Items: Unfortunately, food items cannot be returned. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

3. Abuse of Return Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service and may permanently ban those who abuse the return process.

4. International Returns: For our customers outside the USA, including Canada and the UK, returns and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, especially in instances of seller error.

5. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 4 - 6 days for your refund to be processed once we have received and approved your return.
